YARE CHAOS

A quick update on a developing situation in Venezuela. For some background, Yare Prison (located in Venezuela) consists of three buildings that combined are supposed to hold up to fifteen thousand prisoners. However, 44,500 prisoners are being held there, which brings me to the reason for this post.

Earlier today, some sort of clashes broke out at the prison (and might still be taking place). Reports suggest that so far the fighting has resulted in 9 deaths, and up to 250 injuries.
