LAYING THE GROUNDWORK

In the last few days, Russia has said that they are going to appeal to the International Court of Justice, regarding the "suppression of Russian speakers in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia". This is concerning for two reasons, that I will list in the next paragraph.

First, all three countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) are part of NATO. The other reason the appeal by Russia is concerning is, this is what Russia usually does before they invade a country. They say something about "Russians" being oppressed in some way, and eventually say they (Russia) need to save the "Russians" in the targeted country. They did it before they invaded Geogia, they did it before they invaded Eastern Ukraine and illegally annexed Crimea, and they did it before they started their full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Assuming that Russia is getting ready to start a war with NATO (as I have said in previous posts) what I said in the first paragraph is a good indicator that this is the case.
