FIRST OF MANY
Today there was a strike in Kenya regarding fuel prices. On Friday, the national price of diesel went up 23.5%.
In the capitol city, Nairobi, there were clashes between protesters, and police. Four protecters were killed, thirty were injured, and 348 were arrested.
The government blames the price hike on the situation with the Strait of Hormuz, making the protests the first instance of what I expect will be widespread global unrest as the global oil supply is reaching a breaking point.
